 1. According to the Center on Addictions and Substance Abuse, children who eat family meals: 1) abuse drugs less  2) eat healthier meals  3) perform better in school.  Why would something as simple as family meals have such an impact?

 3. How can this simple tradition bless people of all faiths?
 
 4. List specific ways that you will improve relationships in your family.
 
 5. If your TV broke and could not be fixed or replaced, what would you do instead?

 7. Classical music stimulates creativity.  Each month, listen to different selections of classical music and encourage family members to write a story or render artistically as inspired by the music they hear.
